Application And Application Fees: The male candidates belonging to General and OBC categories should also send alongwith their application forms, application fee of Rs. 50/- (Rupees fifty only) by means of crossed IPO/Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque drawn in favour of the Deputy Inspector General of Police of concerned application receiving centre, mentioned below. Male candidates belonging to SC and ST Categories and Female candidates are not required to pay application fee. Similarly, Ex-Servicemen candidates eligible for reservation are also exempted from paying application fee
Physical Standards:
• Height: For Male candidates - 170Cms and For Female Candidates - 157Cms
• Chest (only for male candidates): Un-expanded - 80Cms (with minimum 5Cms expansion)
• Weight: Proportionate/corresponding to height and age as per Medical standard
Selection Process:
• Stage - I: (Physical efficiency test/Physical standards test)
• Stage –II: Written Test
• Stage –III: Trade Test
• Stage –IV: Medical Examination
• Stage-V: Final Selection: Final selection of the candidate will be made in order of merit in each category, for respective posts, on the basis of marks secured in the written test
