   1. Diploma in Mechanical: 09 Posts
   2. Diploma in Metallurgy: 11 Posts
   3. Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics: 06 Posts
   4. Diploma in Mechatronics: 01 Post
   5. Diploma in Computer Science: 01 Post 
   Qualifications: i). Matriculation and ii). Three years full time Diploma in Engineering in Metallurgy/Mechanical Electrical or Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics Computer Science. 
2. Junior Operator –cum-Technician – Trainees: 02 Posts
   1. Heavy vehicle driver (Pay Loader /Dumper Operator): 02 Posts 
   Qualifications: Matriculation with Heavy Duty Vehicle Driving Licence and having at least one year experience in operation of Dumper and Pay Loader.
   
   Application & Processing Fee:
   • Operator-cum-Technician Trainee: For General and OBC candidates Rs.250/- and for SC/ST/PH candidates Rs. 50/-.
   • Jr. Operator-cum-Technician Trainee: For General and OBC candidates Rs.100/- and for SC/ST/PH candidates Rs. 50/-. 
   How to Apply: Candidates can apply online. After online registration, application in the prescribed format along with all the certificates (hard copy) and DD should be sent through ordinary post to the Sr. Manager-Personnel (Works), SAIL-Visvesvaraya Iron & Steel Plant, Bhadravathi- 577 301, Shivamogga District, Karnataka State.
